Online Bill View:
Kindly view the information below when accessing the Online Bill View service:
Step 1: Follow the link below by copying and pasting it into the address bar of your web browser, preferably Google Chrome browser: https://www.digicelgroup.com/vg/en/mobile/my-digicel/view-my-bill.html.
Step 2: Check the box labeled: “Check the following box to view the full corporate invoice”.
Fill out the online form with “Country” as the British Virgin Islands, also use the Phone Number and Password. If you have not previously accessed this service, your password is the same as your account number. If you are unsuccessful in logging in, please liaise with your sales representative, contact Corporate Care at +1 (284) 300-4357 from any device, or contact a Digicel representative here.
Alternatively, your current bill balance can be viewed from the MyDigicel App or an Interim Bill can be requested from your Account Manager or the authorized administrator of an account can send an email request for an Interim Bill to BVISupport@digicelgroup.com
NOTE: Please change your password upon login to ensure the safety of your account.
