Once the capabilities are confirmed and the sales process is completed;
Step 1. A site survey is done to determine the delivery method and how connectivity will be delivered into the customer’s premise.
Step 2. Proceeding the survey is completed, the proposal document is then provided to sign off.
Step 3. After this is agreed upon, the installation and integration of the equipment are scheduled.
The timeframe for installation and integration is usually between 3-5 days.
